Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing

• All prices quoted are exclusive of GST and freight charges.
• Prices are subject to change upon sighting of final artwork.

2. Production Lead Time

Custom print lead times are as follows:

• 1-2 colours: 4-6 weeks
• 3-5 colours: 6-8 weeks

3. Order Quantity & Variations

• Final quantities for custom print orders may vary by approximately ±10%.
• The invoice will reflect the actual quantity delivered.
• If your order requires no less than the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), please clearly state "not less than MOQ" on your order.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required upon placement of order.
• The remaining balance is payable on completion of the order, prior to dispatch.

5. Pallet Policy

• Plain pallets will be charged at $25.00 (cost price).
• A full refund will be provided upon return of the pallets in good condition.
