4. Call us at +61 (3) 9335 1528 to discuss any further questions and to receive a shipping quote.
5. Get us your artwork so we can put together a proof! Artwork formats and details are discussed on each product page. A $200 deposit is required per type of product for artwork to be completed. This deposit will go towards your purchase; however, if you decide not to place an order, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Email us your artwork in the correct format. When you call, we can provide you with an email address.
6. We will email you an artwork proof in 1-2 weeks.
7. If any changes need to be made to the artwork proof, call us at +61 (3) 9335 1528.
8. If the proof is correct, sign it and fax it to +61 (3) 9335 1582.
9. Upon receipt of the signed artwork proof, we will call you to get payment.
10. We gladly accept bank transfer and cash, soon we will also accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and JCB Card. Checks are accepted but the order will not be processed until the check clears. All accounts are payable in current Australia funds at the office of The Paper Cup Company at the location specifically designated on the invoice.
11. Payment in full is due upon ordering. Other financing options are available for large orders over 200 cases.
